Is it possible to sell a home in India, U.S. or anywhere outside the U.S.?

Hello, I'm currently in Seattle, USA. I think that going to India or elsewhere outside the United States. However, the house of the United States and is blocking for me to leave the United States. If I sell the house now, I would be embarrassed today. So my plan is to return to India and keep the house in the U.S. (Put in the rent) until the market improves and I am able to sell the house. The question I have is easy or difficult it is to sell a house in India, U.S. or anywhere outside the United States.
