Need a loan renewal of a house I bought two years ago in Texas?
I'm looking to get a loan for $ 5,500.00 – $ 7,500.00 correction to my home. I own a home for the first time and bought the house as a foreclosure on a loan from the FHA Home Mortgage. There is little "Equity built but I'm looking for all available options. Loans or government grants, first time buyer home improvement, any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
