Financing cosmetic surgery?

I recently lost weight as a result of this is that my breasts not only become more small, but they are giving now (I'm only 20 years. old). So I really want to get a breast lift / increase (depending of the plastic surgeon's advice). I'm in college and not working yet, but I live with my parents. My mother knows I want to take the surgery but can not yet. I plan on getting in about 2 years. My plan is to get a job and saving. I also thought that since I am student loans for next year, I take a little more and what more can help pay forsurgery. Is this a good idea? What are other things I can do to finance the surgery? Well, I saved money. I have about $ 1,300 in savings and above.

Some things should not be funded. If you can not save to pay in full, can not afford it.
