What is the average mortgage interest rate on a 30 year note in the state of Texas in 2010? 2009?

I’m not sure of the average, but I just closed on a house last Friday and our interest rate on our 30 year fixed mortgage is 5%. We paid a point so it would have been 5.25% without the point.
